Clean with a new and fresh inside. The cops are never fresh though

The food was above average, fresh and enjoyable however when you order something out of the norm or when something goes wrong with the KFC app then the staff and management become unhelpful brick walls. I've eaten here a few times and the food was always fine but there needs to be some staff and management retraining as their customer service skills are a bit lacking when problems arise that are out of the customers control (network server side related issues).
